| International Shipping Information | |
| Fortunately, we ship to most countries. Unfortunately, it is not necessarily cheap to do. We use the United States Postal Service to ship out international packages and charge what their rates are. Our charge does not include insurance on these packages, so if you would like to insure your package, please contact us for extra details before the package ships (see shipping info for times). Please note: We will not be liable for foreign customs, postal services, theft, or damages for any international shipment after it has been delivered to the USPS. Many countries charge a tax, duty or VAT on the parcel and that is something we can not control, nor will accept responsibility for. The buyer is responsible to contact their country's customs department or postal service to gather the required info locally to retrieve the package and pay the dues. If you are concerned for loss or damage, you may contact us prior to the shipment and request a quote for insurance. Should the package not arrive, the insurance timeframe is about 4-6 months from arrival date. We will collect the payment from the insurance and forward you the amount, no more then ctually spent, for the missing or damaged items. |

| International shipping is processed via the postal service. We ship through the United States postal Service which will send it to your local post for delivery. Things to note: Shipping times: Shipping times for international orders are not exact. Often customs inspections can take a few extra days and add delays. Sometimes the package will be held for collection of duties or taxes and the customer will be notified within a few weeks to come pay the local import duty, VAT or tax. The times for each style of shipping are below - always an approximate time frame, again, not exact. Shipping Methods: We offer 1st class mail (up to 30 days) , Priority mail (typically 12-16 Business Days), Express Mail (typically 5-7 Business days) Additional Costs: The payment on our site for shipping only includes the shipping costs. There are often, in many countries, a Value Added tax (V.A.T.) or an import duty assessed upon the products being imported. These costs are separate and full responsibility of the buyer. Every country will have different rules and regulations regarding these additional costs, so its best to research these costs in your country before purchasing, if you are unsure of what they may be.
