🌺 Shipping Information

We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS) with free shipping on most items.
Your order will usually travel via USPS Ground Advantage (about 3–6 days) or Priority Mail (1–3 days).

Place your order before 10 AM Pacific Time, and we’ll do our best to get it in the mail that same day!
We take a little island-style rest on weekends and postal holidays — you can check the USPS site for their holiday schedule.

During busy seasons like the holidays, mail can move a little slower (just like island traffic 😉). Thanks for your patience!

Need it extra fast?
Select USPS Express Mail at checkout for the quickest delivery option. While USPS is wonderful, we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates once it’s on its way.

Heads-up: Because we ship quickly, cancellations aren’t possible once an order is placed. If you add a delivery-date note, we’ll still ship promptly — even if that date is close.

🌴 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your sarong (or whatever you picked out)! If it’s not quite what you expected, no worries — we’ve got you covered.

You may return or exchange items within 35 days of delivery. After that, we may offer store credit or an exchange at our discretion.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In new, unaltered, and unused condition (no signs of wear or damage)
  • Returned within 35 days of delivery
  • Not a special order, wholesale, or custom-made item
  • Not marked as “final sale” or with a different return window

If your order arrives damaged or if we made a mistake, please reach out to Customer Support right away — we’ll fix it fast.

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note:

  • A 15 % restocking fee applies to items returned for a refund (not an exchange).
  • You must email us within 35 days before sending anything back — just reply to any order email or use our contact form.
  • Returns sent without prior notice can’t be refunded or returned to you.
  • Customers cover shipping costs for returns and exchanges (both ways).
